Synthetic gas production. Use of the induction plasma technology will decrease energy consumption of gasification and hydrogen production. For excitation of plasma discharge in a burning zone, the method of using energy of magnetic field which forms when high-amperage current passes a copper heating pipe of a steam generator’s inductor has been developed. Ultra-high induction currents in pipes are used for this, which was made possible by developing an original method of short-circuiting currents in an inductor’s pipe. A device that transforms energy of a variable magnetic field at commercial frequency into a plasma discharge and a method of creating a low-temperature plasma discharge within a steam-plasma burned allow to use water steam as oxidizer and ensure full, environmentally safe, maximally efficient, zero-emission combustion of any hydrocarbon-containing liquids.
